WHO WE ARE
We are your local roofing contractor in Fairmont, MN. Members of our team are active volunteers in the community. We live, work, and play right here in the Fairmont area. Our Visionary Marcus Eytcheson was graduate of Truman High School right here in Martin County. When it comes to our volunteer work our biggest event of the year is our Season of Giving. During the Thanksgiving season we give out family sized Thanksgiving meals by delivering them to people nominated by the community. We do our best to be a positive building block of our local Fairmont, MN community.

OUR SERVICES
We offer many different types of roofing services. The most common type of roofs we install is asphalt shingled roofs. The asphalt portion of our business consists of many options in and of itself. Another large portion of our installations are steel roofing systems. When it comes to steel roofing we have options in exposed fastener panels, standing seam (hidden fastener), and stone coated steel roofing. If you have flat or low slope roofing needs we can handle that as well with our modified bitumen or EPDM product lines.
Zach Johnston
Operations Manager
Zach is Local Roofings Operations Manager. He oversees all of the projects, coordinates deliveries, and maintains an efficient roofing schedule for the team. In his free time, you can either find him on the golf course trying to break 100 or out catching some fish on the lake!
Jessica Lemperes

This is our integrator, Jess! She’s worked with Local Roofing since the beginning. Jess does all of the back ground work and ensures the company is operating smoothly. In her free time, she keeps busy with her kids & loves to travel.
Jose Lopez
Sales Manager
José Lopez is the Sales Manager for Local Roofing, where he leads the Sales Teams for Fairmont Roofing, Albert Lea Roofing, and Hayward Roofing. With over 20 years of leadership experience and a strong commitment to contributing to his community, José is driven by a deep sense of family and a passion for service.
He believes in empowering his Sales Team with the knowledge and training necessary to provide customers with accurate information, ensuring they can make the best-informed decisions when investing in roofing, siding, gutters, or window projects.
Outside of work, José is deeply involved in his community. He has volunteered as a coach for local youth teams in baseball, basketball, football, soccer, softball, and wrestling. Additionally, he has worked with various community programs to help educate young people on making healthier choices for a brighter future.
José enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Melinda, and their children—Kasi, Jazzi, Gemi, and Jojo—at sporting events, camping trips, or at the lakes.
José holds a BA in Community Psychology and Health Promotions from SMSU and brings a wealth of experience in Sales Management and Customer Service, having served people from all walks of life.

Marcus Eytcheson
Visionary
Marcus has been involved in the construction industry for most of his life. Spending years working on different crews, doing sales for various contractors, and finally going to work with his team at Local Roofing. Marcus is now involved in the training, support, and management of the team here at Local Roofing. Outside of roofing Marcus has a passion for investing in rural community businesses and real estate opportunities. Marcus is married to his wife Alisa Eytcheson with three young children Edwin, Esme, and Elon.
